Australian Capital Territory Dance Programmes - Vacation Care

Term 2 Vacation Care Term 3 Vacation Care

This programme is based around the OSHC programme. Schools that run a Vacation Care programme can employ Footsteps to run a Dancesport programme. Footsteps will send one of their teachers to your school every two days to teach the students Dancesport for one hour.

In terms 1, 2 and 3 the students will receive five sessions in total. During the term 4 holidays our programme changes to one session per week over the holidays, starting after New Years Day.

The aims and objectives of the Footsteps Vacation Care programme remain the same as our term programmes, with a high emphasis on self-confidence and social skills. Please note that the dances selected for your programme will be dependent on the age group of students in your vacation care programme.
