Australian Capital Territory Dance Program - Primary 3 - 6
In this programme our aim is to enable students to reach a level of competency in as many dances from the programme as possible. Therefore, we have adjusted the choreography within a number of dance routines so that the children will be able to better understand instructions and perform each dance well.
During the course we carefully monitor how students are coping. With this emphasis on standard we may not cover all dances listed on the programme.
However, our goal each week is to teach a new dance and review those previously taught. In a Full Term course, two sessions will be dedicated to reviewing the dances covered to ensure that the students have a g understanding of steps and timings.

Programme:
Footsteps updates its choreography annually to include dances of an individual nature that reflect the latest in movement and music trends.
