About Footsteps Dance Company

Footsteps Dance Company specialises in Dancesport programmes for the schooling system. We have developed programmes for students from Reception through to Year 12, Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care.

Footsteps Dance Company has taken the raw form of Dancesport and transformed it into a combination of modern music and “old fashioned values”. All of our instructors have outgoing personalities, boundless enthusiasm for the sport and quickly establish a connection with the students.

At Footsteps Dance Company, we firmly believe that dancing proficiency encourages proper and meaningful social behaviour and interaction. Each student's self-confidence in a social environment will gain a major boost as their dance skills improve during the course.
 
We know that students thoroughly enjoy their Dancesport course. Our Dancesport course objectives are to provide an insight into traditional forms of dance, teach dancing skills and confidence, provide a high level of enjoyment and enhance students’ levels of fitness.
